Moving In or Moving Out?

Buying or selling a home can be a daunting process that can leave you overwhelmed.  Are you in-between tenants or preparing for new occupants? 

   MOVE IN/MOVE OUT DETAILS

*All cabinets , drawers, and pantry areas must be emptied  

*All furniture must be removed prior to beginning the service 

*All large kitchen appliances, washer, and dryer, must be pulled away from walls, to be able to vacuum, sweep and mop those areas 

Clean appliances (inside and out)

Clean hand sanitize  ceilings, walls, and baseboards 

Clean and disinfect each room and surfaces 

Dust and vacuum vents    

Scrub sinks, tubs Vacuum carpets and crevices, including closets    Vacuum dusty/dirty blinds and wash by hand (no metal blinds or those under 2in)

Wash doors and frames   

 Wash all light switches and electrical outlets    

Wash molding, trim, and railings    

Wash ceiling fans by hand and light fixtures in-place. 

Wipe curtains tops
